The nutritional values of natural foods are listed here.

The main vitamins and minerals in each food are shown, as well as the amount of fat, carbohydrate and protein, so you can determine how much of each nutrient you are getting with the consumption of each type of food. The glycemic index of all foods is also displayed.

It is recommended to eat natural food in preference to processed foods in order to maintain good health, as the natural foods generally contain higher levels of all the nutrients (vitamins, minerals, amino acids, antioxidants) than processed foods, which have little or no nutritional value.
