Stress affects men every day - job stress, family stress, life stress. While hard to define, stress certainly does exist and causes detrimental health effects in many men's lives.

Stress normally occurs when the ability to cope with many stressors becomes overwhelming and coping skills are reduced (or may not have been high in the first place).

Stress can manifest in many ways and is known to aggravate many health conditions - it makes them much worse.
