What are the good components of coconut milk and cream and are they suitable for someone with prostate cancer?

A: Coconut has certain properties that some people claim are antioxidants or anti-carcinogenic but coconut and its products (cream and milk) are considered damp in Chinese medicine, and damp products are not recommended for cancer recovery.
